NEXT Start Date 500-hour training programs begin September, 2012
750 & 1000-hour Programs begin January, 2013
500, 750, and 1000-hour Schedule of Training in Tampa
complete 500-hour training in one or two years on Wednesday evenings and/or Weekends January-July or combine both weekends and Wednesday evenings and graduate in 11 months September - July (no training in December)
To ensure students have Weekend and/or Wednesday options, all topics offered on Wednesday, during the 2011-2012 school year, will be offered during the 2013 January-July weekends and all topics offered on 2012 weekends, will be offered Wednesday evenings during the 2012-2013 school year.

September 7 -October 19, 2011: Finding the Rhythmic Flow: Rhythmic Breathing, Rhythmic Flow - 20 hours
October 26-December 7, 2011: Meditation and Pranayama: Cultivate and Deepen your practice - 20 hours

January 4-February 15, 2012: Meditation II (prerequisite: meditation and pranayama) - 20 hours
February 22-April 4, 2012: Chakras, Mudras & Bandha text:Moola Bandha the Master Key is required - 20 hours
April 11-May 23, 2012: Pranayama II (prerequisite: meditation and pranayama) - 20 hours
May 30-July 11, 2012: Effortless Observation II: finding the Observer, finding the Quantum Self** - 20 hours
July 18 and July 25, 2012: review and complete hours
