Message from Jennifer:
Jennifer Leavy has been privileged to study yoga at Stillpoint since March of 2006. She graduated from the 200 & 500-Hour Prana Vinyasa Teacher Training Programs. Before Stillpoint, Jennifer took alignment focused yoga classes for three years in the area.
Today, Jennifer is a teacher in the very program she graduated from, and is a member of Yoga Alliance as a RYT 200- eRYT 200.
Her focus in every workshop is a one-on-one approach to finding breath in every asana by properly aligning the body.
