Quiet Inner Yoga with Adam

This class is designed to disseminate Yogic techniques (mostly from Bihar School of Yoga) and encourage people in their own personal practices.

The actual class will consist of a set of practices recommended by Swami Niranjananda for all people to use daily to maintain health and well being. That set includes four Asana (poses) and Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), two Pranayama (breathing practices) and three Mantra (chants). 

Additionally there will be either a study of a Yogic technique or discussion of related Yoga philosophy for the second half of the class.

*This is not a standard Yoga class, it is primarily based on learning Yogic practices and philosophy. As such it is not much of a workout or restorative class. If you wish to take such a class please see our schedule.
