Karen has been teaching yoga in the Tampa Bay area for 10 years. Karen's style of teaching blends balance, strength, flexibility and the breath in a fitness format (including a peaceful savasana). Anatomy, alignment and safety is the main focus in each and every pose. Karen's favorite teachers along her path are Lilias Folan, Rodney Yee, Beth Shaw and Sara Devi.
